You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 8 — Your Privacy Rights).

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyse website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. See Section 4 — Third-Party Service Providers for details on how analytics data is processed.

You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of our website.

We also use session recording software. See Section 7 — Session Recording and Behavioural Analytics for full details.

7. Session Recording and Behavioural Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity records anonymised sessions that may capture mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour. This information is used solely to improve the usability and performance of trivaai.com.au.

What Clarity captures — and what it does not

  • Clarity DOES capture: page navigation, mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, and general browsing behaviour on trivaai.com.au.
  • Clarity DOES NOT capture: keystrokes in any form field. All input fields on our website — including our contact form and chat widget — are masked by default. Clarity never records what you type.
  • Clarity DOES NOT capture: passwords, payment information, or any information you submit through forms.

How data is processed

Session recordings are stored and processed by Microsoft Corporation in the United States. Clarity data is not used for advertising or shared with any other third party. Recorded sessions are anonymised and cannot be used to identify you as an individual without additional information that TRIVA AI does not hold.

Integration with Google Analytics

Clarity is integrated with Google Analytics 4 to allow us to correlate anonymised session recordings with aggregate analytics data. This integration helps us understand which user behaviours lead to conversions or drop-offs. No additional personal information is shared between the two services beyond what is already disclosed in Section 4 above.

Data retention: Session recording data is retained by Microsoft Clarity for 13 months from the date of capture, after which it is automatically deleted.

How to opt out

You can prevent Microsoft Clarity from recording your session by:

  • Enabling the Do Not Track (DNT) setting in your browser — Clarity respects this signal and will not record sessions when DNT is active.
  • Using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts (such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger).
  • Visiting Microsoft's opt-out page at choice.microsoft.com.

Opting out of session recording does not affect your ability to use any feature of trivaai.com.au.
